BOI - YSYS Investment & Management is a company incorporated under Ivorian law which addresses investment and financing issues for structuring companies and projects in Africa.
Its purpose is the end-to-end management of projects by integrating the activities of sourcing, structuring, investment identification, securing investments, management and monitoring of financed projects.
In addition, YSYS Investments has joined forces with a strong partner, BOI INVESTMENT, an investment and project management company in Dubai (UAE). This joint venture facilitates access to international investment platforms and guarantees investors and our clients the correct management of the resources invested and mobilized.
Thus, Ysys Investments offers a rigorous approach including in-depth knowledge of the African project and business financing environment as well as international mastery of modern techniques in investment, risk and project management.
